  • To ensure your FitKult goods get to you, we have teamed up with DHL and Australia Post as our reliable carriers of choice for all shipping options.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via the email you purchased your order with.
  • Fit Kult offer free delivery on orders over $100.
    Orders below $100 are:
    Standard Shipping - $10
    Express Shipping - $15
  • International Shipping - 29.90 
    • All online orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays.
    • Orders placed after 12pm local time will be received into the Warehouses the following business day.
    • We do our very best to process all orders within 3 business days, however, during busy periods, this may take up to 5 business days.
    • International orders may incur custom and duties taxes.
    • We suggest that you please check with your local customs office to find the full details for your destination Country.
    • Full price Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or a refund.
    • Sale or Outlet items can be sent back for an exchange or credit at your own cost, unless confirmed as faulty.
    • We want to be able to find new homes for your FITKULT pieces, so we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with makeup stains or sweat patches from those workout sessions will not be accepted and will be returned to you as a return to sender.
    • Do you believe you have received an item that you believe is faulty? Please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days, with detailed pictures, a detailed description of the issue, along with your order number and email address you placed the order with. If the item is found to be faulty by our Team, we will refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund.


    • Please be advised that all postage and handling fees for change of mind, will be at your own cost.
    • FitKult are not responsible for missing return parcels if they did not reach us, so we strongly advise to ensure your return/exchange is sent back to us with a trackable shipping method.
